Information provided through the services above is used to operate our business — for example, to confirm party reservations, verify waivers, and process membership purchases. We do not sell your personal information.

Staff Waiver Lookup

Our staff may look up waiver status using a phone number, email address, or parent name you provide. This lookup is used only to confirm a valid waiver is on file before play.
