Good questions, answered.
What ages is Bubala designed for?
Bubala is for children ages 7 and under only. The age and weight limit helps keep the equipment steady and safe.
Do children and adults need socks?
Yes. Socks are mandatory for children and adults, and no shoes are allowed past the designated socks-only point.
Can we bring food into the play area?
No food is allowed in the play or mat area. Food must stay in the café.
Do we need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Everyone must sign the waiver before playing; entry is not permitted without one.
What happens if a guest does not follow the rules?
All guests must follow staff instructions and posted playground rules. Guests who do not follow them will be asked to leave, and no refund will be issued.
How do party bookings work?
Choose your party package and preferred time on our party booking page, then use the live calendar to see current availability and securely complete your booking with the required non-refundable deposit.
